Me encontré a Małgorzata leyendo un blog antisemita de mala muerte. No es ella la antisemita; lo es el autor del blog, quien la cita en uno de sus artículos y pone una foto suya. Esta es la foto; a buen seguro, lo único decente que figura en ese blog.
Que conste que no estaba leyendo ese blog antisemita porque sea yo un antisemita. Fui a parar allí por casualidad. Eso se sobreentiende, ¿verdad?

Your wife's picture was downloaded from your own blog, which you uploaded there freely, in order to allow people to watch the picture freely. For that reason, to pretend that I'm committing a criminal offense when uploading the picture and showing it to the same extent as you did, without defamating, slandering or insulting her, or committing any offense against her honor, is simply absurd.
So you can file your complaint if you want, but if you ask your lawyer first, he will tell you that you will not succeed.
He maybe will also tell you that the content of your own blog does in fact constitute a punishable offense according to many European countries' criminal laws (including Spain's), due to its undeniable, manifestantly anti-Semitic content, and that you could end up being sentenced to a fine or even jail.
